Proyecto HYDEF

El proyecto European Hypersonic Defense Interceptor (EU HYDEF) tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de un interceptor europeo frente a amenazas hipersónicas que deberá estar listo en 2035. El proyecto dará como resultado el concepto, la mitigación de riesgos y la demostración de un interceptor endo-atmosférico rentable, capaz de operar en diferentes niveles.

 

En dicho proyecto Europeo, la Universidad de Cádiz participa a través del contrato OT2024/117 cuyo responsable es el profesor Dr. Juan José Domínguez Jiménez, profesor del Departamento de Ingeniería Informática, perteneciente al grupo UCASE de Ingeniería del Software de la Universidad de Cádiz.
 

El contrato OT2024/117 de arrendamientos de servicios de ingeniería, consiste en la realización de un estudio de las nuevas tecnologías y conceptos para la defensa y evaluación de amenazas en la guerra antiaérea (Anti-Air Warfare, AAW), dentro de la integración de sistemas C2 con el lanzador y misil hipersónico. El estudio formará parte del paquete de trabajo WP 3.5 “Integration to naval C2 systems” del programa EU HYDEF.
